To provide strong blending and contact-free mixing of liquids, powders, and other ingredients essential for biopharmaceutical formulations, the OneSUM single-use mixer uses a mag drive levitating mixing impeller. Ultra-low level mixing is made possible by the bottom mount design, especially while pumping out or drawing down. pH, temperature, and conductivity are examples of optional instrumentation that can be used to precisely monitor and control efficient mixing. OneSUM single-use bags are pre-sterilized and customizable to meet the specific requirements of each user, lowering the risk of contamination and guaranteeing process dependability.
